Sharing Sessions
Two hours to walk the whole export chain end to end, then a look at the product you brought with you. Thirty-two sessions across Greater China in just over two years — every one of them face to face, not slides read aloud.
Most people are not short on effort. Nobody ever walked them through the whole thing once.
You cannot see the full shape of exporting
You are doing several of the steps. What the whole chain looks like, how the steps connect, and which mistake early on wastes everything after it — nobody has laid that out for you.
What you have learned is fragments
Short videos, articles, conversations with peers. Plenty of information, none of it assembling into a route you can walk.
No one has ever critiqued your product to your face
You want to know whether your product is actually good enough, and nobody has sat down in front of you and gone through it properly.
The first half is the framework. The second half is your product.

01
The GP17 export preparation framework
All 17 steps in two hours: selection, pricing, certification and packaging through to channel entry, sales review and preparing the next season.
-
02
Live product critique
Bring the product you are selling and get specific judgment on that product — far more useful than sitting through general methodology.
-
03
Real case breakdowns
Told through factories we have actually worked with, including what went right, what went wrong, and what the mistakes cost at the time.
-
04
The room itself
Several dozen people doing the same work. A good share of the value gets traded during the break.
-
05
Materials afterwards
The GP17 framework diagram and the session notes, sent to every attendee.

Community access
Attendees can join the GOLDENPAPAS community free, and keep asking the questions there was no time for.
Two things done beforehand change how much you get out of it.
Register
Submit your details on the sessions page; we confirm your place and the date.
Bring a product
One product you are currently selling and want to sell outside China.
Bring three questions
Decide in advance on the three you most want answered — the session works around them.
Attend, then continue
Two hours in the room; materials afterwards and free entry to the community.
Saying it up front beats explaining it afterwards.
What we promise
- Two hours that make the whole export chain clear, and show you which step you are actually standing on
- The product you bring gets looked at properly and gets specific feedback
- Everything taught comes from work actually done, and from what the mistakes actually cost
- Free community access afterwards, so the questions can continue
What we do not promise
- We do not promise more orders after attending. A session gives judgment and a route; execution is still yours
- This is not a one-on-one diagnosis — the room is shared and so is the critique time
- No buyer directories and no customer leads
- We cannot promise a session in every city — dates follow demand
When it is not a fit we will say so. That saves everyone time.
A good fit
- Factory owners already exporting whose orders are sliding and who want the problem laid out
- OEM-only businesses preparing to move to their own brand overseas
- Newcomers to international trade who want to skip the avoidable detours
- Team leads heading to a trade show without a clear buyer strategy
- Decision-makers weighing an overseas office or sales team who want the full picture first
Not right now
- Anyone with no product, or not planning to bring one
- Anyone expecting to leave with a customer list
