Partnerships & Training
The same material delivered to one company's team, to an association's members, and to a room of students is three different jobs. We rebuild the content around your industry, your audience and the problem you actually want solved.
Organisational problems do not get fixed by sending one person on a course.
The team is not aligned
The owner wants to build a brand overseas; the team still works in order-taking mode. When the direction is not shared, execution scatters.
Training that never reaches the real work
The speaker teaches theory and frameworks that cannot be applied to your own product. Everyone leaves inspired and nothing changes the next day.
Members stuck on the same things, one at a time
Companies inside an association or a park are usually blocked at the same point. Handling it company by company is slow; it needs explaining once, properly.
From the first briefing to the follow-up channel — a complete arrangement, not a guest lecture.
-
01
Briefing first
We learn your industry, the mix of companies, the seniority in the room and the problem you most want solved — and only then decide the content.
-
02
A custom outline
No stock deck. The material is rebuilt around your products and target markets, and the outline is confirmed with you in advance.
-
03
The session itself
Two hours to two days, covering the GP17 framework, real case breakdowns and open Q&A.
-
04
Live diagnosis segment
Companies can bring products for on-stage critique. The number of slots depends on the session length and is allocated in advance.
-
05
Materials afterwards
Framework diagrams, session notes and further reading, delivered to the organiser to distribute.
-
06
A follow-up channel
Participating companies can join the GOLDENPAPAS community free, so there is still someone to ask after the day ends.
Custom content takes time — three to four weeks' notice is best.
Brief us
Your organisation, audience size, date, venue and the problem you want addressed.
Proposal and outline
We send a content proposal and a quotation; scheduling follows confirmation.
Delivery
The session runs to the agreed outline, including Q&A and the critique segment.
After the session
Materials delivered and community access opened for the companies who attended.
Saying it up front beats explaining it afterwards.
What we promise
- Content built around your industry and your companies, never a stock deck
- 30 years of first-hand experience and real cases, including the failures
- Open Q&A that engages the specific question instead of deflecting it
- Free community access for participating companies, so the channel stays open afterwards
What we do not promise
- We do not promise order growth after the training. Training changes judgment and method; results depend on each company's execution
- No buyer directories, and we do not take on customer matchmaking
- We do not carry out the participating companies' implementation work
- We do not issue official certification or academic credit; tell us in advance if that is needed and we will work with the organiser
When it is not a fit we will say so. That saves everyone time.
A good fit
- Companies wanting one shared view of exporting across the team
- Trade associations and chambers organising structured training for members
- Industrial parks, investment promotion and trade development bodies
- Universities and vocational colleges teaching international trade
- Trade show organisers running side forums and buyer programmes
Not right now
- Events marketed on a "guaranteed orders" promise
- Recruitment events that are really sales conversion in disguise
Tell us about the event
Send us your organisation, audience size, date and the problem you want addressed, and we will come back with a content proposal and a quotation.
